Behavioral Therapist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Paoli, PA. As a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting students' behavioral development within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support consistent behavioral strategies.
• Assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Previous experience working with children, especially in educational or behavioral settings, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in students' lives.
