The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide patient-centered care, explaining procedures and answering questions in a kind and compassionate manner.

  • Essential Duties:
  • Screens patients before exams, using two identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure
  • Explains and prepares patients for PET/CT imaging procedures
  • Performs routine and advanced PET/CT imaging procedures
  • Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists and other associates
  • Follows safety regulations to protect patients and coworkers

Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

This role requires minimal supervision, and the successful candidate will be able to work independently while maintaining an orderly and clean work environment.
