The Safety Supervisor is a critical member of the Rogers Mechanical Contractors team, responsible for driving a safety-first culture across the organization. This role requires a strong focus on improving safety protocols, investigating incidents, and communicating findings to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Design and execute comprehensive safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What We Offer

Rogers Mechanical Contractors offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
