We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Summit LTC Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care, maintaining accurate documentation, and administering treatments as prescribed by physicians.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient safety and well-being, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain respiratory care equipment and ensure proper function
- Document patient treatment plans and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Foster effective communication with healthcare teams
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of a Respiratory Therapist Degree from an accredited college or university
- CRT or RRT certification and a current valid Texas driver's license or regular means of transportation to and from work
- At least one year of experience as a nurse in a skilled rehabilitation or Long-Term Care environment (preferable)
We offer a competitive salary package, benefits eligibility starting 60 days from hire date, and access to wages before payday.
