About Us
SysMind Tech is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Designing, developing, and testing bots using Blue Prism as per client requirements and design documents;
* Maintaining, securing, and retrieving user credentials;
* Working with database technology such as Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle;
* Proficiency in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle);
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive RPA initiatives;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Experience in building RPA solutions using Blue Prism;
* Strong software development skills, including proficiency in languages such as C#, VB, Java;
* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and project teams;
* At least 2+ years of experience in Development of Blue Prism;

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
