Job Title: Business Analyst Assistant

Harlingen Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Assistant to join our team. As a Business Analyst Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Office by analyzing Revenue Cycle data and facilitating process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the analysis of Revenue Cycle data to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the development of innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and profitability
  • Engage in data collection, basic analysis, and documentation of business processes
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of business requirements
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a hospital business office setting or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
