Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware using dishwashers or by hand
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols
  • Sort and stack clean dishes, and transport them to designated storage areas
