Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Participate in equipment installations and commissioning, working closely with engineers and other team members.
- Industrial Fabrication
- Repair, modify, and fabricate metal work using gas and electric welding equipment.
- Cut, fit, and weld various metals to meet specific requirements.
- Perform skilled brazing and soldering, and operate a variety of power tools.
- Maintenance and Repair
- Perform minor machine maintenance and repairs as required.
- Ensure OSHA compliance at all times, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial fabrication and maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required.
- Completion of OSHA Trainings Highly Preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Blueprint and Technical Drawing Reading.
- High Degree of Fabrication Ability.
- Mechanical and Electrical Skills.
- Safety Conscience.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- This job is performed under some temperature extremes, elevated platforms, and some hazardous conditions.
