Piedmont HealthCare seeks a dedicated Therapy Coordinator to lead our speech-language pathology team. As a Therapy Coordinator, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote collaborative care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech/Language Pathology and BLS certification through AHA or ARC are also required.

The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
