Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Supply Chain team in Bellevue, WA. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, processes, and controls in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper identification of materials
  • Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and standards
  • Collaborate with the Materials Manager to investigate and resolve material discrepancies
  • Verify all materials during the put-away process to ensure first-time-right mentality
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Oracle MRP experience
  • Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel experience
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds floor to shoulder
  • Basic understanding of lean concepts and the ability to support continuous improvement
