Program Highlights:
- Residency Program: Our residency program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role. You will work closely with experienced nurses and receive guidance and support throughout your transition.
- Loan Forgiveness Program: Mercy offers a loan forgiveness program to help you pay off your student loans. You will receive up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments, with a maximum cap of $20,000.
- Tuition Reimbursement: We offer tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education. This will help you develop your skills and knowledge in your chosen specialty.
- Shift Differential: You will receive a shift differential of 3.25 evenings, 4.00 nights, and 4.00 weekends. This will help you earn a higher hourly wage for working non-traditional shifts.
- Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits: You will be eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits after 1 day of employment. This will provide you with comprehensive coverage for you and your family.
Position Qualifications:
- We require a nursing degree from an accredited school.
- You will also need a current RN license in our state.
- Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals.
Mercy has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
