">We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dormitories, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, and maintaining effective communication with staff and stakeholders.">Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of dormitories, including ensuring cleanliness and organization, scheduling and supervising clean-up activities, and providing supervision and support to students;">
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students, including emergency response plans and incident reporting protocols;">
- Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and stakeholders, including counselors, instructors, and other staff members;">
- Attend staff in-service training sessions and other training or meetings as directed;">
- Establish a close working relationship with students, dealing justly and impartially regardless of their ability, achievement, or background, and works to motivate them toward goals;">
- Initiate and direct dormitory programs, utilizing Center services and activities to benefit students;">
- Conduct regular inspections of dormitory facilities to ensure compliance with safety and health standards;">
- Investigate incidents and accidents in dormitories, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions;">
- Secure students' personal property/items when a student is absent for 24 hours; all items are to be placed in property and logged;">
- Submit time sheets according to Residential Living Supervisor;">
- Assist and train student leaders per center policy;">
- Ensure students meet their evening schedule;">
- Provide support for safety and security on center;">
- Ensure that buildings are secure and clean at all times.">

- Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel;">
- Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat;">
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with students;">
- Knowledge of residential living and dormitory procedures and practices;">
- High level of communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.">
