Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.
  • Travel to patients' residences to provide care, ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment.
  • Document treatment interventions given, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Coordinate activities with physical therapy aides, students, and other support personnel, promoting a collaborative team approach.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program.
