  • Service Standards: Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for clients, prospects, and colleagues by listening attentively and asking insightful questions to understand client needs and preferences, and taking prompt actions to address immediate needs.
  • Operations and Administration: Perform duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency, comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management; or 1+ years in a PRB1 role at First Citizens OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management; or 1+ years in a PRB1 role at First Citizens
  • Preferred Area of Experience: 2+ years in a licensed role
  • License or Certification: Series 6, 63, and state-specific life insurance licenses Required, First Citizens Investment Services will sponsor Series 7 and 65 or 66 Licenses Required
  • Skills: Application of a structured sales process, Provides financial guidance and expertise, Knowledge of retail banking products and services, Credit underwriting, Financial literacy, Financial analysis, Financial Plan Conversations, Knowledge of securities products and services
