Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Machinist/Fabricator to join our team at Revere Plastics Systems, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating precision tooling and prototype parts, maintaining and repairing hot runner systems, and operating CNC machines.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate precision tooling and prototype parts with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and repair hot runner systems to ensure optimal performance
- Operate CNC machines to set up, program, and run complex machining operations
- Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet production specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and process technicians to resolve mold repair and maintenance issues
- Follow all safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in a machinist environment preferred
- Journeyman tool and die/machinist card is a plus
- Ability to stay current with technology through continuous education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of TIG welding and Gibbs Cam/SolidWorks
- Background in injection molding with ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot injection molds is a plus
- Paid weekly
- Premium pay for 2nd and 3rd shift
