Precision Machinist/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Machinist/Fabricator to join our team at Revere Plastics Systems, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating precision tooling and prototype parts, maintaining and repairing hot runner systems, and operating CNC machines.

• Fabricate precision tooling and prototype parts with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and repair hot runner systems to ensure optimal performance
• Operate CNC machines to set up, program, and run complex machining operations
• Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet production specifications
• Collaborate with engineers and process technicians to resolve mold repair and maintenance issues
• Follow all safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in a machinist environment preferred
• Journeyman tool and die/machinist card is a plus
• Ability to stay current with technology through continuous education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of TIG welding and Gibbs Cam/SolidWorks
• Background in injection molding with ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot injection molds is a plus
