About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build year-round client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and through virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat.
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
  • Grow your tax expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of tax experience.
  • Experience completing individual tax returns and tax planning.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
  • Comfort working with virtual tools and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
