We are seeking an experienced Trolley Driver to join our team at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting guests safely and securely throughout the resort upon request.
About Our Team:
Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for hospitality and are committed to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting guests safely and securely throughout the resort upon request.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- Hold a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement.
- Able to sit and drive for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
