We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate - Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring carts and flatbeds are available and in good condition.
- Assist members with their club pick-up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, informing them of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience, including operating a cash register and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
