About the Role

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the person patients rely on to answer questions during registration. You'll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly while also listening with compassion. To succeed in this job, you'll need to be a confident multi-tasker who can type and answer phones. We don't require any previous experience or knowledge in healthcare, so this is a great opportunity to launch your healthcare career.

Responsibilities
  • You'll work across multiple screens collecting details from patients, physicians, and nurses.
  • You'll help people who may be very ill or worried by asking follow-up questions and building rapport in real-time.
  • You'll expect the unexpected and work quickly to collect accurate information.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service experience
