Nuclear Medicine Technologist Role Overview
At MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This full-time, Monday-Friday day shift position offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical environment, performing a range of diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct clinical nuclear medicine procedures, including general studies, cardiac imaging, and therapeutic treatments.
* Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment and oversee diagnostic processes for accurate results.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Qualifications
* Graduate from an accredited Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine.
* Proficient in IV insertions, injections, and pharmacologic testing.
* Familiarity with EKG and stress testing systems.
Certifications/Licenses
* NMTCB or ARRT certification.
* Texas Medical Board - MRT license.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
