Printing Press Specialist

BioTouch is seeking a skilled Printing Press Specialist to join our team. This role involves setting up, running, and maintaining press and related equipment to produce high-quality products as directed by customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Setup and maintain all aspects of the press, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Identify and correct any issues with equipment or product, including registration, density, and color shift problems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of paper products, inks, and their interactions to ensure consistent quality.
- Follow work procedures and instructions, communicating any questions to the Department Manager.
- Conduct regular quality checks and adhere to the Allied Group Quality System.
- Work efficiently to maximize productivity on all projects, utilizing available resources.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork among colleagues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years commercial printing experience.
- Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, strong reading and writing abilities, and good color acuity.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
