  • Formulate, sustain, and implement detailed technical specifications and testing strategies to guarantee superior customer satisfaction, adherence to regulatory standards, and exceptional quality benchmarks, while coordinating testing activities and documenting outcomes and software discrepancies.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate automated testing scripts and their results for specific connected features. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and software development teams across mobile, in-vehicle, multi-module over-the-air updates (MMOTA), and cloud platforms to ensure that test suites accurately reflect the latest feature design specifications.
  • Monitor change requests across all levels of connected feature systems and adjust testing procedures as necessary.
  • Provide insightful verification metrics for the assigned features and foster timely communication regarding critical issues.
  • Champion software testing integrity and maintain traceability between requirements and test outcomes.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing development efficiency by identifying opportunities to transition testing from physical environments to virtual settings.
  • Lead efforts to innovate and modernize traditional validation testing processes, tools, and methodologies for Connected Features.
  • Ensure that the testing fleet is consistently updated and maintained in optimal condition for evaluations.
  • Assist in the vehicle sign-off testing for Connected Features, ensuring thorough documentation of initial and final software states, along with the software and resources utilized during testing.
  • Take ownership of defect creation, management, and resolution, ensuring clear and consistent communication and engineering practices.

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Design Verification, including the development and management of all testing assets (Test Plans, Test Cases, automated and manual Test Scripts).

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in the development and execution of functional testing procedures within a software or automotive testing environment.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics for vehicle components and systems, as well as the electrical architectures of distributed systems.
  • Experience in bench testing of distributed electrical systems, including functional integration, test execution, measurement, instrumentation, incident reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of embedded controller networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and proficiency in using ECU diagnostic and network communication tools for verifying and troubleshooting distributed vehicle systems.

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
