Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to fill a travel position in a healthcare facility. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to determine their potential for rehabilitation.
  • Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined according to patients' capacities and tolerances.
  • Develop plans of care for each occupational therapy patient.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and passing of the NBCOT exam.
  • Minimum one year of professional working experience.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist/OT or actively in the process of applying for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist/OT.
  • Current CPR certification.
