Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support our Endocrine and Diabetes Suite. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist during office visits, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and performing procedures as directed.
  • Perform clinically appropriate tasks related to patient panel management, such as administrative support, phone calls, and coordination of care.
  • Maintain neat, clean, stocked, and safe exam rooms and patient care areas.
  • Interact with patients and their families in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a formal medical assistant training program required.
  • CPR certification from a program approved by the American Heart Association required.
  • National Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Clinical support experience, specifically in primary care and/or specialty care setting, preferred.
