Total Education Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our Pediatric Occupational Therapy department, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of talented OTs and OTAs.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Pediatric Occupational therapy services, communicating with parents, teachers, and other professionals, and collaborating with fellow leads and coordinators/supervisors. You will also have the chance to plan and conduct trainings, review provider assessment reports, and help grow and develop our occupational therapy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Pediatric Occupational therapy services and communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Supervise and mentor OT and OTA team members
  • Plan and conduct trainings and new employee orientation
  • Collaborate with fellow leads and coordinators/supervisors
  • Review provider assessment reports and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • License in California as an Occupational Therapist
  • At least 5 years' experience providing Pediatric OT services
  • Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work
  • Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
  • A current TB Test (within the last 6 months)
