Northern Metropolitan Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Monsey, NY. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include observing residents, reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse, and assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as a team member, have current NYS State Certification, and be in good standing with the State Registry. If you are a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
* Assist with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other personal care tasks
* Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
* Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
* Maintain a clean and tidy resident space
* Transport residents within the facility
* Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores

**Requirements:**

* Current NYS State Certification
* Ability to work as a team member
* Good standing with the State Registry
