Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough roof estimates to obtain sales
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
- Network with professional partners to expand our reach
- Ensure timely follow-up on missed calls and messages
- Convert leads into prospects through accurate estimates
- Enter lead information into our CRM system, including notes and relevant tags
- Research and source specialty items prior to estimates
- Provide customers with roofing, color, style, and payment options
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Notify management of any customer concerns or issues
- Prepare marketing materials, including postcards and letters
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with our team lead
- Stay up-to-date on roofing systems, installation requirements, and industry trends
- Manage daily sales plans and territory performance
