Life Skills Advocate

The Aftercare Coach is responsible for providing ongoing social/emotional support to youth, developing individualized academic/career development and life goals, and advocating on behalf of the youth. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of child welfare and congregate care settings, with a passion for supporting vulnerable youth. A BA degree and experience working with at-risk youth are preferred.
