Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Snack Bar Attendant to join our team at American Golf. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests at our golf course snack bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members and guests with food and beverage selection, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Process sales through our Point-of-Sale system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including the snack bar area, tables, and equipment.
  • Manage cash and balance the register at the end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, adhering to attendance, timekeeping, dress code, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, with applicable state card or certificate.
  • Experience handling cash and credit card transactions, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of applicable liquor laws, procedures, and policies, with the ability to determine signs of intoxication.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, reading, hearing, talking, balancing, climbing, using hands, using fingers, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, smelling, tasting, pushing, or pulling.
