**Job Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Providence Senior Living LLC.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant health information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Licenses as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
