The successful candidate will supervise direct service care coordinators in Lucas County, ensuring the implementation of the required model of care and providing individualized care based on client need. They will also link clients to needed services and supports, monitor completion of paperwork, and ensure assigned staff participate in ongoing training and coaching.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related public sector human services or behavioral health care field. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
