Strong customer service skills and retail experience are essential. While prior experience in the culinary field, especially in chocolate, is beneficial, we provide thorough training in chocolate-making techniques and overall operations. This position starts as part-time, with opportunities for increased hours during busy seasons and holidays. We are looking for associates who can work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently serving customers and managing phone inquiries
  • Skillfully packaging gifts and assisting customers with their selections

  • Enhancing store aesthetics by arranging displays and maintaining well-stocked shelves
  • Ensuring cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces and equipment

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
