We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for travel assignments in a primary care clinic associated with a critical care access hospital located in a remote area of Alaska. This role requires a high level of adaptability, excellent communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.
Certification Requirements- Mandatory Certifications: BLS/BCLS
- Provide nursing care in a primary care setting.
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in obstetrics is preferred.
All employees must adhere to health and safety protocols, including:
- Proof of mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, including boosters.
- Documentation must include vaccine type, lot number, expiration date, administration date, and site.
- Employee's full name must be clearly visible on submitted records.
- If vaccinations were administered under a different name, this must be noted in the documentation.
- Alternatively, titers from a diagnostic lab indicating immunity levels may be submitted.
Please ensure all vaccination records are complete and accurate, as exemptions will not be accepted.
