Job Summary:

This Videographer Intern role will support projects within Technical Training at the Vernon, AL location. The ideal candidate will have a focus in Business, Training and Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create multimedia content for training purposes, including videos, images, and documents.
• Collaborate with the Training Team, Manufacturing Engineer, Safety, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and quality.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to gather feedback and prepare scenes for recording.
• Validate videos with the Manufacturing Engineer Department and edit them for suitability.
• Assist with training content development, data collection, and project deadlines.
• Support new employee orientations and employee retention initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Training department.

Requirements:

• At least a sophomore or Junior year completion with a focus in the mentioned academic concentrations.
• Ability to collaborate and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and personal computer experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Works with minimal supervision and exercises a high degree of judgment.
