Job Summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Travel Nurse RN with Trinity Health FirstChoice, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, gain valuable experience, and receive competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
  • Active BLS certification and any required specialty certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
