Radiology Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Imaging Assistant to join our team at Radiology Associates of Tallahassee. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a competitive salary range of $15.50-16 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services for Radiologists, including distribution of exams and monitoring pending cases.
  • Utilize various medical electronic systems, including Radiology Information Systems and teleradiology/PACS systems.
  • Communicate effectively with Radiologists, outside facilities, and other physicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Radiologists and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of clerical experience, with prior experience in a radiology department or basic radiology knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to learn and utilize Radiology Information Systems and teleradiology/PACS systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
