Nursing Care Specialist

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team at Northwest Medical Center - Willow Creek. This is a full-time day shift position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
About the JobThis role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, working closely with patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Administering nursing care in a clinic setting
- Evaluating assigned patients and planning care
- Implementing and documenting care
- Teaching patients and families
- Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A valid license to practice as an LPN or RN in Arkansas
- AHA BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification or acquired within first 60 days of employment
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
