SOGA Graphics seeks a highly skilled Production Artisan to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, finishing, and packing of print projects. Your expertise will also support other stages of production from pre-press to fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Oversee large format print production and finishing tasks such as laminating, mounting, trimming, and grommeting for signs and banners.
- Maintain quality control by reviewing work orders, performing pre- and post-production checks, and upholding craftsmanship standards.
- Load paper, ink, and substrates; perform routine machine maintenance, and report inventory levels.
- Support the Print Production Manager with pre-press duties, including file review, creating proofs, and quality checking digital and printed materials.
- Assist with graphics supply organization, miscellaneous department projects, and occasional on-site installations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a proactive approach to responsibilities. They must also demonstrate effective time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to ensure timely project completion.

- Basic to advanced computer skills (experience with wide format printers and plotters is a plus).
