Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Levy.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishrooms, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and colleagues.

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyors to the dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machines, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloths, depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.

Estimated salary range: $12-$15 per hour. Pay may vary based on location and experience.
