  • Produce high-quality work, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Responsible for production, scheduling, quality control, and standardization, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Responsible for technology implementation, financial performance, cost proposals, and project financial performance, driving business growth.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 5+ years of water resources or related consulting/design experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
  • Experience with Wastewater project design preferred.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Experience with CBS (Chemical Bulk Storage) and Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS) preferred.
