Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Respond to accidents and incidents, and provide first aid and CPR as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, and notify appropriate individuals as required
  • Complete incident reports to document all security-related incidents
  • Handle all interruptions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escort unwelcome persons from the property, and report incidents to management
  • Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required, but prior experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.75, as well as a range of benefits, including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
