About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at a leading real estate development company in Jupiter, Florida. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile and maintain general ledger, bank accounts, and other financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare proformas, financial statements, and budget reports according to schedule.
  • Advise on financial systems, recording costs, and other financial data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
