Dynatron Software is seeking a highly skilled Market President to lead our sales efforts in a defined territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail managers and representatives
- Travel to market to generate new opportunities and meet with customers
- Manage and develop a sales team to ensure successful sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analyses to inform sales strategies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive service department
- Significant fixed-ops experience and a background selling fixed operations solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
- Variable compensation package: $100,000 - $250,000
- Excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance
