Key Responsibilities- Analyze tax liability and develop strategies to minimize tax burdens
- Prepare tax projections and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Meet assigned goals and objectives, working closely with the tax team
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Collaborate with other specialists to identify opportunities for clients
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations, ensuring the highest level of professionalism
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain a strong work ethic
- Strong sense of professional and personal accountability, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Highly motivated and a self-starter, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with an Enrolled Agent designation and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
