Manpower Group Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Janitorial/Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing surfaces.
• Dispose of infectious waste and empty and decontaminate trash containers as needed.
• Move, rearrange, and dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Mix and blend cleaning solutions to proper concentrations for various tasks.
• Clean floors using industrial-size mops and/or machines, and sweep sidewalks to ensure a safe and clean entrance.
• Operate wet/dry vacuum for cleaning and shampooing carpeted areas as required.
• Report needs for minor building or equipment repair to supervisor, and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Identify and report safety hazards to supervisor to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
