Job Summary

As a Financial Advisor III at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare, you will play a critical role in preparing financial statements, performing monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses, and providing financial insights to senior management. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic financial planning and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and examine financial variance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget variance analyses.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance revenue and reduce costs.
  • Manage and prepare financial information for the end-of-month close cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and disseminate advanced financial reports using nVision, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Perform complex financial studies and communicate results to external users, including physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Develop and maintain multiple system computer-based programs to support financial and operational reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven leadership, management, data, and communication skills.
