Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee bank account activities and ensure optimal cash flow
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations
  • Execute annual property reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and property rent rolls
  • Abstract and input commercial leases into Yardi software
  • Prepare monthly financial statement packages

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in real estate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager software
