Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our Materials Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our facility.

Job Responsibilities:
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Transferring work order parts between departments
- Creating Kanban work orders
- Managing bill of material changes, issues, and returns
- Printing job packets, updating kit schedules, and creating internal stock room work orders
- Processing non-conformances
- Supporting production in acquiring parts and kitting
- Receiving and stocking incoming parts, maintaining location information in the computer, and delivering parts to production from shortage lists or production stock
- Restocking shelves using the first-in-first-out method
- Organizing shelves, ensuring part numbers and manufacturer numbers are visible, pulling consumables for production, and ordering stock
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- PREFERRED: Forklift experience
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer an awesome benefits package, no mandatory weekend work, a clean environment, and opportunities for advancement. Work Hours: 6am - 4:30pm Mon- Thurs, with OT possible on Fridays.
