Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes and mini excavators, to complete excavation work.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a crew to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and repair heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Construction experience, including residential and commercial projects.
  • Current CDL Class A license.
  • Trenchless water, sewer, and gas experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
