Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Operator (Batchmaker) to join our team at UW Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and controlling equipment units or systems involved in the coating manufacturing process. Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating and controlling equipment units or systems to process chemical substances into specified products
  • Monitoring chemical reactions and interpreting laboratory test results
  • CORRELATING PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION DATA
  • Ensuring compliance with plant procedures and regulations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should have proficiency in related computer software and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to traverse the operations facility, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment that demands proper personal protective equipment (PPE). You will also need to work around and with coating materials.
